Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead (Squad Lead in Scrum) with a strong proficiency in Node.js, Angular, Nest.js, and MSSQL. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide our development team, make strategic architectural decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of complex web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Be the Squad Lead in the Scrum framework, responsible for leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of developers.
• Provide technical leadership in Node.js, Angular, Nest.js, and MSSQL, driving architectural decisions and ensuring code quality.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Mentor and coach squad members, fostering their technical growth, skill enhancement, and career development.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide the squad in effective problem-solving and decision-making.
• Implement Agile methodologies, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement within the squad.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Squad Lead, or similar leadership role in Node.js, Angular, React, Flutter, Kotlin and Nest.js development.
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL database design, query optimization, and data integrity best practices.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating, mentoring, and managing a diverse technical team.
• Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and convey complex technical concepts. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to guide the team through intricate technical challenges.
